Custom Made Garb FAQ

Each piece of custom garb is made to meet your personal requirements. The specifications listed with each description are guidelines, and may be modified. Please note any desired changes in the comments section of your order, or call us at (937) 743-0685 or send Email to cs @ pillagedvillage.com.

All custom made garb is machine washable. We recommend using cold water and gentle cycles, but this is not usually necessary.

Since each piece of garb is custom made, an order including custom garb may take from 2-8 weeks to be completed. The speed of manufacture depends on our event schedule, number of other orders, available energy, behavior of our children, etc. If you need the item by a particular date, please let us know. We try to accommodate reasonable requests!

We do have some premade garb in stock, and available for immediate shipment. This listing will be included in a future edition of this on-line catalog. In the meantime, please call or send E-mail for more information. These items are made with the same attention to detail as our custom garb, and are available in sizes small through 5X-large.

The option of adding extra trim to your custom tunic is available. On the catalog, simply select the tunic you desire and place it in the shopping cart. Indicate your choice of size and color. Then select the extra trim option which is listed following the tunics in the garb section. If you have any further comments or questions about your tunic, you may add these to the comments section of your order.
