To better serve the various needs of our customers (Don’t you love that phrase?), we have changed the way our storefront operates.  It has become impractical to continue to operate a full time storefront for the few customers who show up in person (see – an actual honest reason!).

 

For customers who do wish to visit us in person, we will be delighted to personally assist you in finding items to meet all your medieval needs.  Just be advised that we are not set up as a regular store with the merchandise laid out on shelves ready for your perusal.  We have catalogs for reference and can pull boxes of stuff for you to go through – but it is not quite like shopping at K-mart.

 

Our core store hours are approximately 10 to 4, Monday through Friday, but we will also be open by previous arrangement to accommodate your shopping convenience.  Please call ahead whenever possible to assure that someone will be available to help you.

 

Someone can (usually) stay at the store later on weekdays, and I am willing to come in on weekends whenever not otherwise engaged.

As always, our website is (supposed to be) available 24/7 for orders, and we will continue to give mail orders the fast, good service that you expect from the best little medieval shop in the known world!
